Society 14

Our mission is to create a community that helps our Members, women leveling up and stepping into a new phase of life, connect with one another from around the globe. These are women who currently or formerly have had careers, businesses, long-term relationships, and/or families, and who now find themselves entering a new phase of life.

She may be stepping into a different career, newly divorced or widowed and figuring out how to rise past that, or perhaps her nest is now empty, her children are grown, and she is ready to chase her dreams.

These are not women winding down — these are women just getting started on their second act, learning to navigate what this new path means and what it looks like for them.

Our purpose is to connect these women into a unique network of smart, high-achieving leaders. Through trusted relationships and meaningful masterminds and dialogues, our Members help each other grow, evolve, and thrive.

Our network of extraordinary Members helps each other navigate the challenges of this new phase of life. The Society 14 experience centers on learning about and reflecting on mastermind topics pertaining to finances, careers, entrepreneurship, health, life changes, and family.

We lead with a unique approach to making the second half of our Members' lives unapologetically extraordinary — focusing on collective wisdom and engaging members in a premium, exclusive community to enhance their personal and professional lives.

Group Meetings

Monthly Group Meetings - Society 14 has intimate group mastermind meetings to serve as a private advisory group to our members where they can exchange knowledge and resources with other Members.  Groups are made up of between 8-32 peers and convene in monthly, half-day-long sessions.  Each monthly meeting is built around the following agendas:

• Mastermind Session One: Tables of 8 where one Member will share a specific situation/goal they are working towards that they would like the help of their Mastermind Group with.

• Expert Guest Speaker: Guest presenters are invited to lead discussions on a range of topics curated from a Member-driven learning agenda.

• Mastermind Session Two: At each table of 8 a second Member will share a specific situation/goal they are working toward that they would like the help of their Mastermind Group with.

• Open Forum: This is the opportunity for Members to survey the Group about their own issues and use the roundtable environment to elicit best thinking and gain helpful feedback.

Local Meetings are organized and led by a Facilitator who personally works exclusively with that group in a confidential setting.

Virtual Groups Meetings offers a virtual member experience perfect for frequent travelers, those located in a city with no local group, or those seeing geographically diverse perspectives.

Connect with the entire SOCIETY 14 Membership.  Our can’t miss, once-a-year conference bringing the entire SOCIETY 14 community together in one location.  You’ll learn alongside other Members, form new friendships, and hear from notable leaders and experts who will help you plan for the next year ahead.

Additionally enjoy the opportunity to attend one. or both, of our annual Retreats where everyone in SOCIETY 14 can come together to learn, grow and have fun.

Meet up with members in different global markets. members are always welcome to attend a meeting as a guest anywhere in the world, making opportunities to learn what makes them, discover and acquire different perspectives and solutions. Making connections and friendships around the world.

Interest Based Groups

Outside of monthly group meetings, activities and events, our interest based groups are designed to connect members with common interest or expertise.

These Interest Based Groups are facilitated with the sole purpose of making new connections, friendships and having fun. Some groups included (with many others being added in the near future):

49 & under, 50’s Group, 60’s Group, Newly Divorced, Single Living, Empty Nest, New Career, Business owners, Health & Wellness, Book Club, Travel, and many others.
