SOCIETY 14 Facilitators lead Groups of 8 - 32 midlife women navigating the transitions and opportunities that this stage of life brings. Each monthly Meeting, Group Facilitators guide discussions on career reinvention, financial confidence, entrepreneurship, health, family, and personal growth.
Using their skills as leaders and connectors, SOCIETY 14 Group Facilitators also guide Members in exploring the full benefits of the SOCIETY 14 Member experience, including the opportunity to learn, access, and connect with fellow Members around the world.

SOCIETY 14 Group Facilitators are proven leaders with real-world experience, sharp emotional intelligence, and well-honed skill in guiding meaningful conversation, coupled with a strong ability to manage Group dynamics. Many Facilitators qualify for SOCIETY 14 Membership themselves but choose this path to serve and impact other women navigating their own second acts.
Your role as a SOCIETY 14 Group Facilitator will call on you to leverage all these qualities as you guide our Members in uncovering fresh insights, engaging with stimulating new ideas, and creating new opportunities with the power of the SOCIETY 14 community behind them.

SOCIETY 14 Group Facilitator Qualifications
An accomplished leader, entrepreneur, or professional with real-world experience navigating major life or career transitions.
Experience leading high-performing teams, groups, or facilitating meaningful group discussions.
The ability to confidently navigate issues impacting midlife women, including career reinvention, divorce, widowhood, and entrepreneurship.
The availability, strong network, and drive to work with SOCIETY 14 on building and developing a Group.
The experience and gravitas to lead a Group of 8 - 32 dynamic, smart women.
A commitment to SOCIETY 14's learning community and its core principles, including confidentiality.
